  • How do i pay for my clean?

    You can pay by Credit or Debit Card, BACS, Cheque or Cash on the day of the service.
    If you are paying by credit card there will be a 2.9% processing fee. No additional charge for debit cards.
  • Can you use my own cleaning products?

    We are happy to use your own products & equally we are happy to use our own cleaning products. What ever suits you best.
  • Who will do my cleaning?

    All cleaners work in pairs and we will do our best to send the same cleaners each time, but there may be circumstances due to holidays etc were will need to change the cleaner.
  • Do you have insurance cover?

    Yes, including £1,000,000 public liability insurance.
  • Do I have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?

    No we are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a key acknowledgement Form which both parties will sign.
  • Is there a contract to sign?

    No there is no contract, We just ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel a clean or a charge may still apply.
